Vial first
Read the milligrams on the cake, then the BAC water you actually added. A 10 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 5 mg/mL. The same 10 mg with 1 mL is 10 mg/mL. Charts that skip the water volume are inventing a concentration.
Worked example (10 mg vial)
Vial: 10 mg. BAC water: 2 mL. Concentration: 5 mg/mL.
If the instructions use 2 mg, that is 0.40 mL, 40 units on a U-100 syringe.
If they use 500 mcg (0.5 mg), that is 0.10 mL, 10 units. Frag 176-191 and TB-500 are not interchangeable in this math. Use the TB-500 vial you have.
Units vs milligrams
Units only mean something after the dilution is fixed. 20 units on a 5 mg/mL mix is not 20 units on a 10 mg/mL mix. If the leftover volume in the fridge is from last week, the concentration is whatever you mixed then, not what a new chart says.
